أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيَّ الْقَيُّومَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْه
"Astaghfirullah hal 'azim al lazi laa ilaha illa huwal hayyul qayyum wa atubu ilaih"

"Sesiapa mengucapkan astaghfirullah hal 'azim al lazi laa ilaha illa huwal hayyul qayyum wa atubu ilaih, akan diampuni dosa-dosanya, walaupun dia pernah lari dari medan peperangan". (HR Al Hakim)

Reports against 9 for allegedly using fake titles
ReplyDeleteThe Council of Datuk Dato’ Malaysia says these individuals are among many Malaysians claiming to be bestowed with Datuk, Datuk Seri and Tan Sri titles.
The Council of Datuk Dato’ Malaysia (MDDM) has lodged police reports against nine individuals for using fake Datuk, Datuk Seri and Tan Sri titles.
The individuals named included personalities in the corporate, entertainment and business sectors, and members of NGOs, said MDDM secretary-general Samson Mamon.
“We also came across a whole family using fake and unrecognised titles. Everyone in the family was a Datuk and we found none of them was legal,” he told reporters after lodging the reports at the Puchong Jaya police station.
Samson said there are also cases of many individuals listing these honorifics in their Companies Commission of Malaysia and Registrar of Societies records to enhance their corporate status.
“We also found that individuals had been using their fake titles when appearing on talk shows,” he said, adding that people who are approached by those with these fake awards often contacted the council for verification.
He reminded Malaysians that buying or selling such titles is against Act 787, which covers offences related to awards.
Samson said the council is not an enforcement body, but merely wants Malaysians to be aware that it is an offence for anyone to claim to have these titles without having received them.

But DATUK YIP KUM FOOK is a fake title lawyer and he bought titles from some institutes from UK because he wants to play politics in Malaysia...Anwar's government needs to do a study as soon as possible, now many people know about it..he is still open to the law -official law and cheating people

Datuk Yip Kum Fook is the community or the Chinese people rejected for insulting Buddhist monks in Kepong some years ago, there are people who are very angry and post-bad words on the internet, he and his team create evil for Buddha because of being a Temple committee.
ReplyDeleteWhen he removed the monks from the Temple (Samnak Sambodhi, Taman Desa Jaya) all the monks had to leave the temple and went to rent some hotel for the night...they didn't give the monks a chance because they had power and police power (they used police and thugs to discarding monks), this is a great sin in Buddhist teachings, if they die, they will suck the earth underground as someone did with the Buddha before.
The Sangha are Buddha students and they are not respected because they have to control the Temple or money...Datuk Yip Kum Fook is a lawyer and MCA man (lawyer his title is fake because he bought a certificate from some institute in UK(Malaysia ) and he never went to study ), he doesn't have time to study because he is very busy with business furniture and playing politics in Taman Daya, Kepong...some people say he is a driver who delivers furniture everywhere....
